Submission is a request for review. It is not automatic acceptance, a contract, or a charge.

If Castillo can take the work, you review a clear offer and agreement before anything is signed or paid.

Castillo builds the application against the approved scope and tests it before you see Staging.

You review the working app. Included revision rounds and change orders are explained in the agreement.

Production launch happens only after the release is certified and Castillo authorizes that exact release.

After development is paid in full, you can keep Castillo running the app through Care or take a free standard handoff.
