Website and project services

Castillo Developments designs and builds custom business software, applications, and websites. You can explore capabilities, submit a request, and, once invited, use the client portal to participate in your project. These website terms do not replace or change an approved offer, signed agreement, Project Schedule, or existing payment plan. Your signed documents govern project-specific scope, pricing, delivery, revisions, cancellation, refunds, ownership, and handoff.

A request comes before a commitment

Submitting an idea, choosing features, viewing an estimate, or signing in is not project acceptance, a contract, or permission to charge you. Castillo reviews feasibility and scope first. We may request clarification, propose a different scope or custom quote, or decline a request. You review the approved offer and required agreements before payment.

Design choices, logo uploads, and AI suggestions are inputs for review. They do not automatically add paid work or guarantee that a feature is possible. Changes to submitted requirements require renewed review and any applicable approved change order.

Payments and finished-product approval

For new projects using our current development plan, the initial payment starts development. The first of 12 monthly development payments becomes due when you explicitly approve the finished product, followed by payments on the same calendar day each month, using the last day in shorter months. A preview visit or Castillo's readiness notice does not count as your approval.

Your signed payment schedule controls. Previously signed plans keep their agreed terms. For new offers, separately priced monthly add-ons begin on finished-product approval, then follow the same calendar day monthly, with the exact amount and separate customer card authorization required first. Your account and materials

Use accurate information and an identity authorized to act for your business. Keep invitation links private. Google sign-in verifies identity; an activated, authorized invitation is still required for client project access. Do not try to access another customer's project, bypass security controls, or misuse the service.

Only submit logos, text, files, and other materials you have the right to provide for the requested work. Use the designated secure process when sensitive information is actually required. Do not submit credentials or payment-card information in request fields.

AI assistance and third-party services

Castillo may use AI to assist with planning and development. The Owner reviews consequential work and approves publication. AI-generated drafts are not a guarantee of completeness, accuracy, security, or production readiness.

Provider availability, device capabilities, and app-store decisions can affect delivery. Web/PWA installation, push notifications, offline behavior, and background location vary by browser and device. Third-party store approval, business success, and revenue are not guaranteed. The approved scope explains relevant limits and dependencies.

Privacy and contact

Updates

We may update these website terms as the service changes and will show the revision date here. Updates do not silently reprice existing commitments or rewrite executed agreements.
