You see the down payment, the twelve development payments, and the total base development price. Optional features are extra. Recurring Castillo services are never mixed into that financed development number.
Your initial payment starts development. The first monthly development payment is due only when you approve the finished product; the remaining 11 follow on the same calendar day each month. Short months use their last day, then return to the original day. For new offers, separately priced monthly add-ons also start on finished-product approval, with their exact total and separate card authorization shown first. Provider usage fees remain separate; existing signed agreements keep their terms.

Customer accounts, employee portals, scheduling, payments, SMS, advanced uploads, maps, AI, inventory, integrations, e-signatures, standard reporting beyond the included basic dashboard, advanced reporting, and extra languages are not automatically included. Registrar purchase and renewal charges for a domain are separate. Additional hostnames beyond the one included primary hostname require a separate approved quote.

Base development includes SSL and connection of one existing primary hostname. An apex domain includes its conventional www counterpart or redirect where applicable. Registrar purchase and renewal charges are separate and paid to the registrar. A Castillo review URL is available during the Staging review period and is not perpetual free hosting. The former $99.00 Custom Domain Setup add-on is not a required new charge.
Base development includes a basic dashboard and admin. Standard Reporting is $99.00 and remains independently available: standard operational reports for agreed roles, with counts, lists, and a date-range filter. Advanced Reporting is $199.00 setup with no separate monthly add-on fee and includes that Standard Reporting foundation, so selecting both on a new offer does not add a second $99.00. It is not a data warehouse or custom BI build.

Setup is $99.00. Where the processor accepts the business, customers may pay by ACH, debit/credit, or both. Processor fees are separate.
Castillo’s platform service fee is 1.5% of Qualifying Payments, capped at $799.00 per billing month. Examples: $1,000 → $15.00; $5,000 → $75.00; $10,000 → $150.00; $25,000 → $375.00; $50,000 → $750.00; about $53,267 → $799.00.
These examples show how the fee is calculated. They are not a sales forecast, and the fee is not treated as guaranteed Castillo income. The planned five-year duration and the exact definitions of Qualifying Payments remain under legal review. They are not final contract language and have not received legal approval.
Castillo Care is $51.35 / month for Web/PWA and $96.85 / month for Apple + Google. It begins after the final development payment unless you complete transfer or offboarding.
Care generally includes standard hosting management, routine infrastructure, monitoring, backup/recovery configuration, routine security maintenance, deployment management, maintenance of contracted functionality, and bug fixes. It does not include new features, redesigns, new integrations, major migrations, unlimited development, provider/usage charges, or optional recurring add-ons. Voluntary cancellation takes 30 days’ notice. Care is not mandatory forever.
Once development is paid in full, you receive ownership of the applicable client-specific application assets according to the agreement. Castillo keeps reusable and background systems such as modules, templates, and internal tools. Standard post-payoff handoff is included at no extra charge and can include applicable client-specific source, a business data export, deployment information, provider inventory, and setup documentation. Hands-on migration elsewhere can be billed separately.
